About us

The KDS& AssociatesFoundation, founded in June 2008, was established by the Los Angeles members of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity as a vehicle to help raise funds and support local college bound freshman by providing financial assistance in the next chapter of their educational journey. The KDS& Associates Foundation is recognized by the IRS as a non-profit 501(c)3 tax exempt organization (ID 27-0289041). The State of California, Franchise Tax Board, has also recognized the KDS& Associates Foundation as a tax exempt charitable non-profit organization (California ID 3115856).
